CQIB Annual Life Sciences BBQ 2026 - 13th Edition & 30th Anniversary Celebration
We are pleased to invite you to the CQIB Annual Life Sciences BBQ on August 27, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, for a very special 13th edition celebrating CQIB’s 30th anniversary, in partnership with Tourisme Laval.
Hosted at the Armand-Frappier Santé Biotechnologie Center of INRS, this flagship event will bring together researchers, startups, entrepreneurs, and established companies in a festive and welcoming atmosphere designed to encourage networking and new opportunities.
This edition will also mark the official launch of the CQIB Awards, highlighting the talents and achievements of the ecosystem through the Business Growth & Impact Award and the Rising Star Award.
On the program : a gourmet menu, cocktail area, DJ, entertainment, surprises, and a B2B networking space to celebrate three decades of innovation in the life sciences sector together.

This meeting will be an opportunity to learn more about venture capital, the role of angel investors, and how Anges Québec operates. You will have the chance to ask questions, better understand investor expectations, and connect in a friendly and welcoming setting.
