As part of the event dedicated to the strategic valorization of intellectual property in innovative sectors, this morning session will feature three presentations, each addressing a key aspect of IP in the context of growth, financing, or transactions.

This masterclass is designed for biotechnology professionals and entrepreneurs looking to deepen their understanding of IP challenges.

The first workshop will focus on the importance of a well-structured IP strategy in the context of partnerships or fundraising, covering value creation, competitive differentiation, and preparation for effective due diligence.

 

The second workshop will examine the valuation of IP assets, including evaluation methods, specifics depending on the type of rights (patents, trademarks, know-how, etc.), and the expert’s role in interactions with investors, auditors, or acquirers.

 

The third workshop will explore the integration of IP into business and transactional strategies, discussing rights management in collaborative frameworks, IP-related financing mechanisms, and key clauses to negotiate in licensing or assignment agreements.
