On December 9, 2026, the CQIB invites you to the Holiday Inn in Laval for the 5th edition of the Life Sciences Financing Forum, an event dedicated to the issues that are shaping the financing and growth of companies in the sector today.

 

Throughout the afternoon, investors and industry experts will share their perspectives and experience through panels and discussions around major market trends.

 

The Forum will also include a networking break and a networking activity, allowing entrepreneurs, investors, researchers and ecosystem players to meet and exchange ideas.

Panel 1: Where will investments in the life sciences sector go in 2027?

 

The major trends that will shape life science investments will be at the heart of this discussion bringing together Pascal Lancôt (BDC), Youssef Bennani (CTI Life Science Partnership Fund), Cédric Bisson (Teralys Capital) and Ivan T. Shaw (TVM Capital Life Science).

 

The panelists will share their perspectives on market developments, key investments of 2026, and sectors that could attract investor attention in 2027.

 

Panel 2: Beyond traditional venture capital: developing a financing strategy that goes beyond the framework of venture capital
