Louis Saint-Jacques joined CQIB in January 2013.
Mr. Saint-Jacques, who is the founder of Archimède Solutions, has acquired a wealth of experience amongst entrepreneurs in the fields of consulting, finance, and business development.
Mr. Saint-Jacques is the co-founder of Anges Québec, an organization made up of experienced entrepreneurs who have contributed to the launch and growth of innovative companies. Mr. Saint-Jacques is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Capital Organization (NACO), a pancanadian association that represents angel investors and groups of angel investors in Canada.

André Dupré joined CQIB in 2002 as a laboratory technician. He was subsequently promoted to Technical Director, a position he held until 2010, when he was appointed Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, he is responsible for defining and implementing operating standards for the incubator and advising start-ups at the crucial phase of setting up their laboratory operations.
André holds a Bachelor of Biology with a major in Biotechnology from Université du Québec à Montréal.
